Babes in Arms

We launched a new website at Ionata today: Babes in Arms. It is another ecommerce site based on Magento, which I currently spend most of my time with.

I had been working on the new Babes in Arms site for the last four weeks and developed the Magento template based on a beautiful design by Holly Webber, who did a lot of great work for us before. The new shop is fully cross-browser compatible from IE6 to Safari 4 and it integrates a WordPress blog for news and articles, since the CMS functions of Magento were too limited.

I’m especially proud of this one since it features such a beautiful design and I had the freedom to build it all by myself. After an extensive testing period we’re also very confident that all bugs are fixed and all users will have a great experience.

Stay tuned for more Magento sites in the next couple of weeks. I have already seen the designs for two new shops which I’m probably going to build, and both of them look absolutely awesome!
