Beauty and the Bees Tasmania

Yesterday at Ionata we launched a new website which I had been working on for quite some time now. I’m really glad it’s finally out there and only 24h after launch it already performs remarkably well.

Beauty and the Bees is a well known Tasmanian brand for skin care made from natural local ingredients. Their old website was lacking shopping cart capabilities, so we were tasked to build a new modern e-commerce solution. Like for Babes in Arms and several others before, we used Magento to set up the store. Features of the new website range from custom payment options to integration of existing accounting software.

I created the Magento template for the new store, did extensive cross-browser optimisation and supervised integration of products and page content. It is based on another great design from Hobart Design.
